After a wildly successful year, despite unprecedented disruption caused by the pandemic, MOI wanted to start the new decade with energy and enthusiasm. A company-wide initiative that would empower its employees to embrace change through the year ahead. This initiative was named Catalyst.
What is a catalyst? It’s an agent of change. An accelerant. It moves things forward. The goal of Catalyst is to harness the power of change and use it as a force for good in everything MOI’s employees do. To bring Catalyst to life, I was tasked with creating some branding to be used during a virtual company-wide kickoff, on a range of physical merchandise and digital applications.
